Puerto Viejo

Puerto Viejo war der letzte Stop bevor es weiter ging nach Panama. Es ist ein typisches kleines Garifuna Staedtchen mit den bunten Holzhaeusern und Pfahlbauten. Und es gab einen wirklich superschoenen Karibikstrand, teilweise mit schwarzem Vulkansand, der schoene Perlmutt Klitzerpartikel hatte. Hier ist Marty am Strand... Puerto Viejo was our last stop in Costa Rica before my lousy 30-day Australian entry stamp expired. Puerto Viejo is yet another Caribbean Garifuna (black, some-sort-of-english-speaking) town. |

Irgendwie eine Badeinsel glaube ich... I guess it's called Puerto Viejo for a reason. This thing certainly doesn't look like it's been used in a while. |
